When you use our services, the personal data we process may include, for example, your device’s IP address, data obtained through cookies or similar mechanisms for storing information on devices, provided that they allow you to be identified. Your personal data will be processed to enable the use of the services operated by the Company, to manage your account and contact us, to ensure the functionality of the services offered, including resolving technical issues, fulfilling contracts concluded with you, handling complaints regarding the operation, tailoring displayed content and advertisements to your interests, measuring quality and effectiveness, improving content and services, informing you about the Company’s content and services, providing advertising space on the services, conducting direct marketing activities, ensuring the security of information processing, managing ICT systems, and protecting or pursuing claims.

The recipients of your personal data may be partners and entities cooperating with the Company. As a rule, the Company does not share your personal data with third parties, except where the Company has a legal basis to do so, including at the request of authorized entities, or when it is necessary to perform the services offered by the Company.

Providing your personal data is a statutory requirement only to the extent resulting from tax or accounting law when we settle payments received from you. However, entering into a contract with Solution Box Sp. z o.o. (creating a Solutionbox.pl account) requires providing a password and an email address. If you do not provide us with all of this information, we will not be able to create a Solutionbox.pl account for you, which will limit your ability to use certain Solutionbox.pl services. Providing your data is otherwise voluntary.
Personal data profiling is understood as the automated processing of your data, which involves using it to evaluate certain factors, in particular to analyze or forecast aspects of your work performance, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, credibility, behavior, location, or movements. Based on monitoring your activity on Solutionbox.pl services, we perform analyses that result in: optimizing services (including appearance, content, and offers) based on user preferences; recommending content consistent with your audience profile; displaying advertisements targeted to audiences to which you have been qualified; and recommending offers tailored to your audience profile and behavior. However, we do not use this data to make automated decisions about you that could affect your rights. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data when: the processing of your personal data is based on a legitimate interest or for statistical purposes, and the objection is justified by your particular situation, or the personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes.
